Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How am I able to track my order?
Press on the tracking code that you´ve already received in the e-mail we´ve sent you. You´ll be transferred to another page and receive the information on the „ Deutsche Post“ website.
What payment methods do we have?
PayPal: Paying fast and secure using PayPal in our store. After you enter the payment we´ll receive a payment confirmation, which will automatically lead to us preparing your package.
Klarna: Order now and pay within 14 days!
Credit card: mddstudios allows you to pay secure and easy with your credit card.
Also we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
How do I cancel an order?

Changing or canceling an order will only be possible until it left our warehouse.
How do I send my order or an item back?
Our items can be returned within 14 days after receiving without having to add an explanation, using the shipping service provider of your choice! Please leave an e-mail at:
info@mddstudios.com
to confirm and add a note including your personal information (name, address and order number).
When do I get my money back?
After receiving your returned order we will pay you back within 48 hours using the payment method that you chose.
What to do if you received a wrong or broken item?

so that we can send you the correct item.
What materials do we use?
We use premium 316L stainless steel or 925 silver.
Does the jewelry leave stains on your skin?
No! The jewelry is safe from sweat and water. The jewelry doesn’t loose any color or causes discoloration on your skin.
What does it mean when the sign is orange? (soldout products)
This means that the product is sold out. However, we are working hard on restocking and you are still able to pre order your piece! Which will have a slight delay of about 10-14 days.
